Many ways to give
Bringing possibilities to life requires resource and great imagination. That is our work. At Stonewall, we celebrate philanthropy as a way for you to live your values and help innovate social change.
For a stronger foundation
General support anchors everything we do, from grantmaking to leadership training, and gives us the flexibility to address emerging needs and opportunities. Your donation is an investment in Stonewall and the team, tech, and tools we need to support more than 110 organizations every year.
To enhance your philanthropy
Our core work includes helping people streamline and enhance their charitable giving with tools like donor-advised funds. We were founded nearly 30 years ago to serve as a strategic clearinghouse for money that could improve the lives of LGBTQ people, and that is still what we do best.
In line with your interests
Looking to target specific causes or areas of need? We have dozens of grantmaking funds that make that possible, including unique scholarship programs. Click below to see the list of our current funds. Have one in mind? Visit our donation page and select the fund from the drop-down menu.
Toward the future
Planned giving is an incredible way to ensure the well-being of the LGBTQ community for generations to come. There are many options, from bequests to trusts, that can help you achieve your financial and philanthropic goals, provide for loved ones, and make a lasting difference.
We accept various types of non-cash gifts, the most common being stock. To donate stock, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your intentions. We will send you details to complete the transfer. In kind, real estate, or property gift? You can email us about that, too.
With you at the center
Community. Connection. Learning. Giving circles give you a chance to pool donations with friends, family, colleagues, or new acquaintances to amplify your impact. Because they are member-driven, you can also have a higher level of engagement with the causes you care about.
