Celebrate with Stonewall on June 18!

Stonewall’s 2025 Vision Awards
Wednesday, June 18 | 6:30pm | Ziegfeld Ballroom, NYC

Each year, Stonewall’s Vision Awards present us with an opportunity to bring our brilliant, bold community together to honor extraordinary individuals and organizations driving change for LGBTQ+ people. This year’s Vision Awards are made even more meaningful as we commemorate our 35-year anniversary of dedicated service to our community, and as we consider the challenging political reality of this moment. Stonewall Community Foundation has worked for three and a half decades to channel resources to the most vulnerable folks in our community, and to empower the leaders and organizations on the front lines of change for our people. We’re thrilled to invite you to the 2025 Vision Awards, where we’ll honor this legacy, strengthen Stonewall’s vital services, and uplift impactful LGBTQ+ voices.

This year’s Vision Awards will be hosted by the groundbreaking, hilarious comedian James Tom, who - in their own words - is “gleefully providing the trans, queer, Asian American, cantankerous slut perspective that everyone never knew they wanted.” He had our audience giggling all night last year, and we’re excited to witness what he has in store for round 2. We’ll also be graced by incredible performances from Broadway icon Mandy Gonzalez, who’s currently starring in box office smash Sunset Boulevard. Read on to learn about our 2025 honorees!

This year’s honorees include:

Bob the Drag Queen

You might know Bob as a Ru Paul’s Drag Race champion, a hysterical stand-up comedian, a bestselling author, a fabulous podcast host, or as a prolific advocate for LGBTQ+ liberation and racial justice. Whether working the runway or strutting the streets for social change, Bob has been using her platform for good since the very beginning. We’re thrilled to honor her authenticity, talent, and commitment to making this world a better one for queer and trans folks.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS

With its roots in the early fight against HIV/AIDS during the late 1980s, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS has been mobilizing communities across the country to save lives, stomp out stigma, and safeguard art and artists for more than three decades. As Stonewall Community Foundation celebrates our own 35th anniversary this year, we’re proud to elevate and recognize one of our longest-standing community partners.

LaLa Zannell

A powerhouse activist and community organizer, LaLa currently leads the ACLU's Trans Justice Campaign, and has a history of advocacy spanning more than a decade. We’re thrilled to be presenting her with the inaugural Cecilia Gentili Joy In Liberation Award - a new memorial award honoring LGBTQ+ leaders who carry forth Cecilia’s legacy of driving change for the most marginalized folks in our communities.

Urban Decay Cosmetics

A longtime champion of diversity and authenticity, Urban Decay has been a supporter of our work here at Stonewall for years. We are thrilled to honor the brand for their ongoing public commitment to uplifting and empowering LGBTQ+ folks even in the toughest of times. Their support has been transformational for our work and for that of our grantee partners across the country.

With such a stacked lineup of honorees and speakers - and more than a few surprises in store for our guests! - we can’t wait to celebrate with you on June 18! If you haven’t already, you can grab your tickets here. And, if you’re unable to attend, please consider making a donation to support our critical efforts to uplift grassroots LGBTQ+ programs and services.
